Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to your booking. The person who makes the booking (the hirer), will be accepting the booking conditions on behalf of and with the consent of all members of the holiday party.

Weekly bookings are from 2pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. On booking by telephone, a non-returnable deposit of £60 is required and should be sent to the address below. If the deposit is not received within seven days, then the booking will be cancelled. The balance will be payable eight weeks before arrival. For bookings made with less than eight weeks prior to commencement, the full amount is payable.

All cheques should be made payable to Peter Walkerl.

Cancellations must be made in writing and any monies paid (less the deposit) will be returned, provided notification of the cancellation is at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking, after such time, there will be no refund of monies paid. We suggest that insurance should be taken out to cover such an eventuality.
If we are unable to honour the dates booked due to circumstances beyond our control, all monies paid will be repaid without question. Every endeavour will be made to find you a similar property, but no further liability will fall upon ourselves.

The Chalet
Facilities dictate that a booking will accommodate a maximum number of five persons and all must comprise members of a single family.
The hirer is responsible for and is respectfully asked, to take care of the chalet, as if it was their own home. At the end of your holiday, we request that all utilities (oven, sinks, toilet, floors etc) are left in the condition that you would have expected to find them in. A cleaner may be arranged at the end of your stay, by prior agreement.
Site rules state that smoking is not permitted inside any chalet and BBQ’s are not allowed anywhere on the park.

Guests must provide their own linen - duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are supplied. Travel cots can be hired from the office.

Pets are welcome, if kept under control; they should not be allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the main site; bins are provided, so please clean up after your dog. The penalty for fouling is £60. Please remove any evidence of your pets e.g. dog hairs.

The chalet and site is ideal for children. However, due to its close vicinity to the sea and lake, children should be kept under close supervision at all times.

The chalet owner shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any personal injury or any loss or damage to any property whatsoever.
